Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

 

Returns

Sold orders cannot be returned unless the return request falls into warranty terms and conditions, for details see below.

For orders paid by credit card, card processing company charges 4% which is non-refundable. In case of an order cancellation or return, this fee will not be refunded.

 

Cancellations

E-store orders cannot be cancelled once processed. After delivery, items might be returned, see returns policy above.

Special Project Orders, advance orders for wholesale customers and orders specially placed as per customer requirements cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed; cancellation fees will be 100% of the order total.

 

Warranty

You get standard manufacturer’s warranty on every product ranging from 1 to 25 years.

We are committed to bringing the best of the products with long term sustainability. Therefore, you can rest assured that you will get all the services that a warranty covers from each and every product you buy from Nastech.

Warranty terms and conditions for each brand will be provided with every sales quotation and sales order.

Additionally, we do incoming inspection of each part or product to assure that you receive a brand new product at its optimal condition, and cover a warranty for any packaging and shipping defects, with immediate free of cost replacement.

 

Payment Terms

Depending on the agreed payment term, both advance and balance payments shall be released within 3 working days after the issuance of the corresponding Proforma Invoice.

In case the advance payment is not settled within 3 working days, NASTECH reserves the right to withdraw the offer.

In case the balance payment is not settled within 3 working days, the order shall be considered cancelled by the customer (cancellation fees shall be applied as explained in the Cancellation policy above) and the advance payment shall be treated as the liquidated damages to cover the costs and expenses incurred by the Seller; the Buyer is not entitled to claim for refund.

 

Order Collection and Partial Delivery

After the balance payment is settled, the order has to be collected from NASTECH warehouse within 7 working days. Otherwise, all port, storage and warehouse handling charges will apply at the rate of 0.1% of the total value of the order per day. 

In case of a multiple brand order (i.e. partial shipments from different manufacturers), balance payment shall be released against the Proforma invoice issued for the delivered items, unless agreed otherwise.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES

Receiver is to ensure that cargo is received in good condition as per the delivery note. All/any discrepancy has to be notified to NASTECH within the same day of delivery; otherwise, NASTECH is fully released from all of its debt and delivery duties regarding the order.

 

Re-Export restrictions and Sanctions compliance

Sanctions compliance

The Buyer acknowledges and guarantees compliance with all economic sanctions, anti-embargo laws and trade restrictions imposed by the United States, the United Nations, the European Union or other countries (regions) and international organizations, as updated from time to time, for the duration of the performance of this Contract ("Provisions"). 

Re-Export restrictions

Manufacturers impose stringent territorial controls to prevent unauthorized imports, thereby safeguarding specific markets or designated distributors therein. As a result, not all products or brands distributed by Nastech are accessible across all markets. Manufacturers reserve the right to modify the list of territories or products at their discretion at any given time. Thus, Nastech bears no responsibility if a specific manufacturer declines to provide support or service for products sold and subsequently re-exported to restricted areas. In the unlikely event of service denial, the manufacturer's global warranty and service terms and conditions shall govern. Resellers or end-users affected by such circumstances are advised to directly engage with the respective manufacturer for resolution.
As of 28.03.2024 known re-export restrictions by brand:

  • Deye Inverters and Deye Batteries: North and South America, Europe, UK, Australia, India, Phillipines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Pakistan, Afganistan, South Africa (except String and Micro inverters), Lebanon (except String and Micro inverters) * Any large scale project is excluded from above list upon approval by Deye at bidding stage.
